    The Salon Membership Program (VIP Membership) offered by [Team H Aesthetics] (Clinic) is designed to provide exclusive benefits and discounts on both products and services offered by the Clinic.

    Membership Enrollment:

    Individuals interested in joining the Program must complete the enrollment process either in person at the clinic or through the clinic official website. Enrollment requires providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.

    Membership Benefits:

    Upon enrollment, members will be entitled to:Exclusive discounts on salon services and products.

    Priority booking for appointments, subject to availability.

    Special promotions and offers exclusively available to members.

    Membership Redemption:

    Membership benefits can be redeemed by presenting the membership card or providing the associated membership information at the time of purchase or booking.

    Discounts and benefits are applicable only to the member and are non-transferable.

    Non-Refundable Membership:

    The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    In the event of membership cancellation, no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the membership term.

    No Minimum Term and Free to Cancel:

    There is no minimum term for membership. Members are free to cancel their membership at any time without incurring any additional fees or penalties.

    To cancel membership, members must notify the clinic either in person or through written communication via email.

    Modification and Termination:

    The clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including its benefits, terms, and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

    In the event of Program termination, members will be notified, and any remaining membership duration will be honored according to the original terms.

    Liability:

    The clinic is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by members as a result of participating in the Program.

    Members are responsible for safeguarding their membership information and notifying the clinic immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

    Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

    Acceptance of Terms:

    By enrolling in the Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
